"Clearhouse" located in Shelter Island, NY.  Stunning modernist home with views all the way to Connecticut.  Travertine floors, rosewood panelling, exquisite details throughout.  Please note that the Media room shown with the flat screen TV on the wall now has textured green walls. Grass Blocks underneath the house have been replaced with crushed bluestone. Please also note that the Town of Shelter Island does require a permit to shoot on private property.  Permit fees vary depending on crew size and if application is submitted 14 days in advance or not.  Owner prefers smaller crew sizes.  Larger crews can be considered with accurate head count and prior approval.  Restrictions apply.  Floors must be protected,  House rules must be agreed to prior to shooting.
