Montauk hotel and restaurant with private bit of bay beach and great waterfront deck. First built in 1967 it has now become a festive and surf inspired destination. Property consists of a lobby and lounge area, bar area, outdoor deck with bar as well and a bit of beach. Please note that outdoor furniture can change from time to time so please scout prior to booking. Pillows get replaced, fabrics can change. This location is exterior only unless hotel rooms are available for use and at an additional fee. When optioning mention areas needed as the restaurant and bar hours will have restrictions in the summer season. Must be considerate of any hotel guests. Typically not busy in the mornings and get busier in the late afternoon and evening. Bohemian spirit and timeless character. Photo and Film and Event and Wedding friendly. Some restrictions apply.
